I bought this basket for my daughter-in-law, who is expecting a baby girl in October. I spent a great deal of time researching which one would be best. TADPOLE, by far, was the best brand with the best features & most to offer. I ordered the Toile Moses Basket in Pink & Brown (my daughter-in-law's color scheme.) Low & behold, the basket arrived, but there was no way it could be called pink & brown...by any stretch of the imagination! The basket was PINK & BLACK. My husband agreed that it was BLACK & NOT BROWN! The basket was very pretty...for someone who likes pink and black. It didn't seem baby-ish or little girl-ish, however.
So, I got back on the TADPOLE list and found a basket exactly like it called TADPOLE'S Toile Moses Basket in Pink & White. It looked elegant, very soft & simply beautiful. So, I returned the pink and black (brown) one. Amazon was GREAT about letting me return it. No questions asked, no hassle. Even paid the return shipping. UPS also picked it up for me at my house. Amazon arranged for that too. So, no problem there! The new one came quickly, in a timely manner & was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I couldn't be happier with it. It is very sturdy & with a little bit more length than most of the Moses Baskets out there. It even smells good, as it is made from woven palm leaves!
Just as a point of interest, this basket also comes in Toile SAGE & White, as well & is just as beautiful! All of the baskets come with a little matching toile decorative pillow & a fleece blanket with contrasting gingham edging.
So, what started out on a bad note, finished with a very happy ending! Received the basket just in time for the baby shower! I can't wait to see Baby Madeline Rose (Maddie) in her beautiful new Moses Basket!

| This is a great basket. The quality is better than others I have tried. I do not love the foam mattress, but the fabric is so cute! |
